Singles With heart Connects Singles While Fighting Hunger
Of the thousands of amazing charity events which are hosted in Chicago each year a new and unique event has emerged that brings singles together while fighting hunger at the same time.
On November 6, 2011 Singles with Heart held a party mixer at Chandler’s Chop House in Schaumburg, IL. What made this event so special was that it gave singles the opportunity to connect with each other while working together to produce nutritious meals for families in need. 10,000 meals were packaged that evening and were taken away by the Northern Illinois Food Bank for distribution to local Food Pantries and Soup Kitchens.
Singles with Heart events are scheduled throughout the year at various venues throughout Chicago in an effort to bring hundreds of singles together while providing the ideal experience in which to partner with new friends and romantic interests while sharing a common interest of helping those in need in the community.
The Singles with Heart organization is affiliated with Outreach (www.OutreachProgram.org), an internationally respected 501(c)(3) charity which has worked diligently to fight hunger in the US, Haiti, Africa and around the world by hosting meal packaging events.
To date Outreach has delivered over 136,000,000 meals to poverty stricken families here in the U.S. and abroad.
