Who We Are
Feed6 is the heart passion of entrepreneurs Chris Coyne and Bill Kanatas. In 2011 both Chris and Bill attended their first meal packaging event in Union, IA. There they helped pack 100,000 meals with Outreach Founders, Floyd and Kathy Hammer.
Upon returning back home from that event, both Chris and Bill decided that they wanted to dedicate a portion of their lives making a difference. Shortly thereafter, Chris and Bill founded Feed6.
Since 2011, Feed6 has organized and packaged millions of nutritious meals for hungry children and their families, seniors, and veterans in collaboration with Outreach, an internationally respected, Charity Navigator accredited 501(c)(3) charity.

What We Do
Feed6 organizes meal packaging events in the Chicagoland area, partnering with schools, churches, corporations, and civic organizations. Volunteers come together to package nutritional meals of macaroni and cheese fortified with soy and vitamins - producing an entree many multiples more nutritious than popular brands available in the supermarket. Each meal package our volunteers lovingly package has 6 meal portions. Our meals are distributed locally through food banks to food insecure neighbors here in our own communities.
Meal packaging events are entertaining, giving, caring experiences in which anyone of any age or background can participate. They generate a sense of unity and spirited purpose – quickly melting away barriers and drawing authentic sharing and giving from the participants.
Are you ready? For $37 and a couple of hours of your time, you can feed 100 neighbors in need - and virtually everyone would make that choice once or twice a year if available to them.
