KW Culture teaches us to serve others. Join us as we help pack over 100,000 meals that will be donated to Veterans organizations as well as Seniors and Children through our partner the Northern Illinois Food Bank. Co-Founder Bill Kanatas is a KW Commercial agent at Chicago O'Hare. As a member of the Culture Committee he has witnessed first hand the impact that is made to the communities via Red Day or other Charitable events and causes. Outreach-Feed6 has partnered with
Wintrust Mortgage,The Northern Illinois Food Bank and the Chicago Wolves Ice Hockey Team
to host our largest Veterans meal packaging event yet in the Chicago area.
‘HungerHeroes!’ will be an extraordinary spirit- enriching celebration of giving and caring in which any one
of any age or background can participate and extend love to those in need.
Its a work of joy - with music, entertainment, and the opportunity to share a joyous experience with friends,
family,neighbors, colleagues, work associates, and community residents.
Your Team of Heroes
Your team of 10 to 15 volunteers will staff a production line for two hours, producing thousands of delicious,
nutritious meals of pasta & cheese - fortified with soy protein, nutrients, and vitamins.
Feed6 provides video and hands-on training, and throughout the experience supervises production flow and quality.
We are even including 10 ticket vouchers to any Wolves home game in the package. No question, at $1,100 per production line, it’s the best team building, spirit enhancing value available - with huge benefits to those in need.
Our meals will be distributed by our partner, Northern Illinois Food Bank through local soup kitchens and pantries to food-insecure neighbors- including veterans, children, families, and seniors. Packaged meals will also be available for direct distributions to Veteran organizations. Please email us for details.
